Hey y'all! Dan here. For a long time I've been banging the drum around here that learning how to regulate your body and mind is just as important to productivity as which notes app you use. That's why I'm so excited to be sharing this article from Jonny Miller with you. A personal or health crisis often facilitates radical shifts in perspective, and my own journey was no exception. 

Five years ago, I was living with my fiancé in the English coastal town of Brighton, where she worked as a doctor. She had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder before we met, yet for the most part, she was bursting at the seams with life, with a mischievous grin and luminous presence.
