Mike Dilger - NIP65

Mike created the Gossip nostr client as well as NIP65 which is becoming a mainstay in nostr for dealing with relay ossification.

The magic of the Gossip protocol is that it allows us to stop congregating around the same set of shared relays and start spreading things out more.
