New Code of Conduct for our community

Hi everyone! Our community is almost 3 years old! 🥳

After basically only having two simple rules (“be nice” and “don’t spam”) for so long, today we’re rolling out our official community code of conduct (https://obsidian.md/help/Obsidian/Community+code+of+conduct). If you see behaviors described in the code of conduct, please follow the directions to report to our moderators.
